A simple stone-façade city hotel in Quba.
Quba Hotel is a three-story hotel building located on a street corner in Quba. The façade is clad in natural stone and complemented by large glass surfaces and balconies. The ground floor features a fully glazed storefront façade.
The upper floors include balconies with glass doors belonging to guest rooms. A set-back volume with an open terrace is placed at roof level. An external staircase for emergency exit is visible on the side façade of the building.
The design emphasizes simple geometric lines and gray-beige stone texture. The building is designed with an entrance façade that connects directly to the street.
